I
am having trouble hearing audio.
If you are unable to
hear any audio from the CD-ROM, please check the following:
1. Make sure your speakers are plugged in, turned on, and that the volume
is raised.
2. Click on the small speaker icon on the bottom right portion of your
screen and make sure that the volume is raised there as well. If the speaker
icon is not present then you may not have your sound card installed correctly.
Please consult your computer dealer to fix this error.
Some
of the sounds are studdering while I play (Macintosh).
In some cases your
computer may be having trouble playing the sounds due to an issue with
your RAM or memory. This is not to say that you do not have sufficient
RAM, just that not enough is being allocated for the program to play.
Firstly, please make sure that all other programs are closed prior to
launching the pianomouse software. If the problems still persists, you
may try allocating more RAM to the program. You may do this by using the
Finder's File > Get Info command. You may want to set your memory allocation
to between 6.1 MB or 7.5 MB.
